Safety and Effective Neonatal Ventilation Technology VS500S offers 4 types of ventilation mode, which can fully meet various clinical requirements.
NCPAP appears to stabilize the chest wall and upper airway and to reduce apneas, and early application of CPAP might also preserve surfactant;
NIPPV is associated with a significantly decreased need for intubation, including among extremely preterm infants;
SNIPPV can improve the stability of the chest wall and pulmonary mechanics, and it can be a means to wean infants from mechanical ventilation;
HFNC is to optimize spontaneous breathing through the reduction of dead space and the creation of positive distending airway pressure.

· ROX index could be effective at predicting the failure of HFNC therapy in infants. RSS
· RSS is a non-invasive surrogate for the Oxygenation Index (OI). And RSS is an effective predictor of BPD or death in intubated preterm infants.
